Having a pool is wonderful, above or inground! There are additional costs for repairs and upkeep which should be understood and expected.
We will inspect the pool at your home for material defects and several other issues. Liners/siding, decking, piping, canister, filter, heaters, electrical components, chlorinators, pump(s), and several other attachments and issues.
Pools also have inherent dangers that should be mediated to prevent injury or death. Safety rules and guidelines should be understood by all users and safety equipment easily available. Several requirements will be inspected and noted as applicable.
We will include a Consumer Product Safety Barriers pamphlet for pools and safety tips on every pool inspection to help ensure you and your family’s safety.
